This Shipping Policy applies to all physical prizes won through our competitions.
Cash prizes are not subject to shipping and will be transferred directly to the winner.

Physical prizes will be dispatched within:
• 3–14 working days after winner verification
• Or as stated on the specific competition page
Winners must complete identity verification before dispatch.

Prizes will be shipped using:
• Royal Mail Tracked
• DPD
• Or another reputable tracked courier
Tracking information will be provided to the winner via email where applicable.

4. Shipping Costs
Shipping is included in the competition entry unless otherwise stated.
No additional shipping fees will be charged to the winner within mainland UK.
International delivery may incur additional charges and must be agreed in advance.

Payment will be made within 48 hours of verification unless otherwise stated.

• Delays caused by courier services
• Lost or stolen items after confirmed delivery
It is the winner’s responsibility to ensure delivery details are accurate.
