1. Competition Entries
All competition entries are final.
Once payment has been successfully processed, entries cannot be cancelled or refunded except in the event of competition cancellation by the promoter.
If a competition is cancelled for any reason, a full refund will be issued to all valid entrants.
Incorrect answers to skill-based questions will result in disqualification and no refund will be issued.

2. Duplicate Payments
If a duplicate payment is made in error, please contact us within 48 hours of purchase.
Verified duplicate payments will be refunded within 5 working days.

3. Fraudulent or Disqualified Entries
North Star Competitions reserves the right to disqualify entries that:
• Provide incorrect or misleading information
• Attempt to manipulate the competition
• Violate our Terms & Conditions
Disqualified entries are not eligible for refunds.

4. Physical Prizes
If a physical prize arrives damaged or faulty:
• The winner must notify us within 48 hours of delivery
• Photographic evidence may be required
We will arrange replacement, repair, or appropriate resolution where applicable.
This does not apply to cosmetic packaging damage caused during transit.

5. Cash Prizes
Cash prizes, once transferred, are final and non-refundable.
It is the winner’s responsibility to ensure correct payment details are provided.

6. Chargebacks
Unauthorised chargebacks or payment disputes may result in:
• Permanent account suspension
• Disqualification from current and future competitions
We encourage customers to contact us directly before initiating a payment dispute.
